We meet up this Sunday at Talland Bay for a cliff top nordic walk along a beautiful section of the SW Coastal path to Polperro, it's Cornish history, beautiful scenery and above all a gr8 bunch of people all the way, creating memories, creating stories for the future, Nordic Walking is so much more than exercise…

We are also now taking bookings for taster sessions and courses, you only need to bring yourself, we supply equipment, no need to order your own poles, we have them in stock and you can use your very own poles to complete the course.

It was a BIG week this week for our on line fitness classes, we celebrated our 1st birthday on the 1st April - the class itself was the very first session we ever did, it lasted only 20 minutes due to the vast fitness improvements in the class members - we even switched to our Beam and completed a session which proved to us all how far we have come.

We would like to take this oportunity to again thank all of our members, we appreciate your support and look forward to the new adventures we will have in your living rooms!!

Hope you are all taking care and working towards the dates set by Boris, with most of Europe preparing for more lockdowns we in UK need to remain focussed, our change back to some sort of 'NORMAL' is just around the corner…

We progress and get ever closer to outdoor exercise in groups and bd polers Nordic walking club getting out and about again as a group, we have a full programme planned as well as our trip to the Black Mountains and Jersey, our fingers and toes are all crossed

db fit club have been doing the less sugar and snacks challenge this month, next month swill be something special - watch this space for how we progress.
Next week be our FIRST BIRTHDAY!! It will be year on April 1st when we launched our on line fitness sessions, still here and aim to be here for a long time, the members have established the group and we move onwards and upwards - we also bring a new session to the fitness toolbox on Monday with NILQUIP cardio kick box, looking forward to that one - Thursday 1st is the birthday date and that session will be slightly different to the normal Start the weekend session on the beam.

Special mention to Jill - this week completed 10 session course in PT - done in 4 weeks she last an incredible 12ils and increased her fitness test results by just over 150% - phase two has commenced and Jill is well on the way to achieving her goals - a great example of working hard, being dedicated, focussed, listening and acting and believing in yourself - well done Jill………

Last week of March on the radar and also the 3rd wave in europe, here's fingers crossed we can still progress and stick to the dates announced by Boris - Here is our week for next week - db fitness club continue to raise the bar at each session, most members of the club now have had the first jab, the clocks g forward in a weeks time and it is officially spring——getting more positive!!!
