From June 20th BEAMFIT can be booked via the normal system used for your Nordic Walking sessions, 10 places will be available as the class is kept to a maximum of 20 so that the quality is maintained – like nordic Walking we do not do ‘stack them high’ classes that are often found in Gyms, the gym way maximises profit and NOT fitness.
We are also busy at the moment preparing our office/clinic in Doublebois, we aim to be the ‘HUB’ for all things nordic Walking in the Cornwall and will be based at Hoburne in 96 acres of beautiful countryside with woodland and river walks.
