Its been organised, re organised, on a knife edge - BUT we are off to the Black Mountains of Wales on Monday for our Nordic Walking Exped. We have our groups from both Cornwall and London meeting up, some will re acquaint with old friends, some will meet up for first time, it looks to be a gr8 week heading out each day from our base in Crickhowell.
db Fitness club have offered up more energy, ability, teamwork, production and motivation this week then the England football team!! They just keep raising the bar!!!
THE WELSH CHARIOT IS READY!!!!
We may be in The Cornish Times this week - a section about fitness - we have slimmed down what we do for the publication to Nordic Walking, will keep you all posted and give any links for on line reading - stay safe - take care and make it a good week!!
